The comprehensive Top Private Banks and Wealth Managers survey
aims to provide an important insight into the competitiveness of South Africa’s private banks and wealth managers. It was designed as a guide for potential clients to establish which institution will serve their individual needs the best. Most importantly, the survey aims to generate substantial statistical analysis of clients’ opinions that can be useful to firms that want to improve their products and services.
The overall rankings are based on the weighted scores, each institution received for each archetype. The archetype cores are unweighted and the People’s Choice winners are based on the feedback received through the clients’ survey. To ensure delivery of a product that meets readers’ needs, and to reflect the dynamics of the wealth management industry, the survey is improved yearly.
“Congratulations are in order for two of FPI’s Approved Professional Practice™ firms,
Gradidge-Mahura Investments and Brenthurst Wealth Management, who came out tops respectively in the recent Top Private Banks and Wealth Managers Survey
. The Institute is proud to have these financial planning practices as one of the select few practices that we have recognised”, said Stephanie Pillay, FPI COO.
She added, “This recognition validates that the practice is following the six-step financial planning process and that they place the needs and objectives of their clients at the heart of their business.”
