In principle and in practice, we value and seek diversity and inclusive practices within the Institute, the financial planning and advice professions and greater financial services industry. We promote involvement, innovation, and expanded access to leadership opportunities that maximise engagement across identity groups in a manner that reflects the demographics of South Africa as well as relevant pieces of legislation/regulation.
