2010 saw the launch of the FPI Financial Planning Month, a consumer awareness campaign aimed at educating consumers about dealing with a professional financial advisor and getting trusted advice. The FPI partnered with CNBC Africa to run a four-part television series called “Secure your Financial Future” , on Thursday nights at 21h30 during the month of November. The programme focussed on various aspects of financial planning profession and was hosted by our very own CFP® professional, Shaun Latter.
